Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the data provided by our customers are processed in an automated manner in compliance with the appropriate security measures provided for by Legislative Decree 196/2003 for sending communications for promotional and commercial purposes. The data collected, the provision of which is optional, are entered by specific persons in charge in the database and will not be communicated to other parties. The data controller is 3achem.

What type of information do we collect?

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

GDPR Regulation
The acronym GDPR stands for General Data Protection Regulation, and is a European regulation, which came into force on 25 May 2018, which aims to strengthen the rights of people regarding the collection and use of personal data.
3achem, owner of the website 3achem.it, collects user data only from the contact form. Every time a request is sent, the data is kept until the end of the request and subsequently deleted if there is no legislative obligation to retain it.
Data security
All data sent via the contact form is saved on our server, hosted at Wix.com. Real-time monitoring is carried out to evaluate any security violations and to communicate with the supervisory authorities and/or interested parties.
Right to portability, to be forgotten, to rectify data and to delete the account
Internal procedures (IT and management) have been activated to take charge of and resolve every request from the interested party, including the right to portability and the right to cancellation "oblivion". We have defined a procedure for the cancellation of user data present in our database and for their portability in compliance with the new regulations.

HTTPS
All traffic on our site is encrypted with an SSL certificate, if you view the address of the site you will see a green padlock to the right of the address. The https standard allows data to be entered in complete safety for users, as it is not possible to intercept the communication between the computer and the server.
